The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the admit cards for the Class 10 and Class 12 Board Examinations 2026. The admit cards (hall tickets) are now available on the official CBSE portals, and students are advised to download and verify them well before the exam day.
Board Exam Dates 2026
- CBSE Class 10 & 12 exams begin: February 17, 2026.
- Students must carry their admit cards to the exam centre—entry without a printed hall ticket will not be permitted.
How to Download CBSE Admit Card 2026
For Regular Students
CBSE does not allow individual downloads for regular students. Instead:
- School authorities must log in to the CBSE Pariksha Sangam portal or the official CBSE website (cbse.gov.in).
- They will download the class-wise admit cards.
- Schools will print, sign, and distribute the admit cards to students.
This process ensures that each admit card is correctly verified and authorised before distribution.
For Private Candidates
Private candidates (including compartments/ improvement candidates) can download admit cards online:
- Visit the official CBSE portal (Pariksha Sangam / cbse.gov.in).
- Look for the “CBSE Class 10 & 12 Admit Card 2026” link.
- Enter your login details (such as application number/roll number & date of birth).
- Download and take a clear printout for exam entry.
Tip: If the main link isn’t loading photos or PDF view, some students are using alternate CBSE institute portals for private admit cards. (Unofficial workaround reported online.)
